Retrophonic is now open for business with reduced operating hours and new safety measures.
- New showroom opening hours are Wed – Sun, 11am to 5pm. Closed for Mon & Tue.
- Showroom is limited to 5 visitors at any time. No visiting parties more than 2 person.
- Customers can make appointment early to “chope” available slots.
- Please limit shopping duration to 30 minutes
- SafeEntry, temperate check, and face masks are compulsory, as well as hand sanitizing during entry and exit.
- No eating & no drinking. For the safety of everyone, washroom is closed for public.

- Self collection now allowed, and self collection admin fee is waived.
- Contactless self collection option is possible. Please contact us before your visit to arrange.
- International shipment is still suspended unless you are keen to pay extra for premium courier services.
- Back order records might be even slower to restock. This is due to surge in demand as main record shops reopen, resulting in heavy work load for record suppliers.
- Back order records from Hong Kong / Taiwan for Chinese & Cantonese titles will have delays due to lack of commercial flights.
