Strictly no exchange, refund or refund unless goods / products are faulty, damaged, or sent wrongly.
For Damaged or Incorrect Items
Return / Exchange Terms:
- Returns shall be made within 7 calendar days from the date you receive it.
- Items’ value shall not be remarkably decreased due to your usage or consumption.
- Item must be in good, like-new conditions.
- The original receipt (or gift receipt) and original packaging must be presented upon return.
- Ensure that the item(s) you’re returning is repackaged with all the power cords, adapters, connectors, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
- Exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
- For price differences, a top-up in amount will be requested or refund will be processed, where applicable.
- No exchange is allowed for lower price items.
- Strictly no exchange for consumable items such as turntable belt, cleaning kit, phono cartridges etc once the original package / seal is opened.

For both online & showroom purchases

- Provide detailed reason for return/exchange. Includes photos of the products if need be.
- Upon obtaining approval for return/exchange, kindly proceed to our showroom at: 53A Duxton Road, Singapore 089517
- If the item(s) requires further inspection, we might need a few days to perform necessary tasks for testing to identify the problem before we can grant the approval for return/exchange.
