General FAQ

1. Is the pricing in SGD or USD?

All pricing are in SGD.

2. Is the online price the same as the retail price at physical store?

Unless otherwise specified as web only promotion, the pricing reflected on this website are the same as retail store price.

3. What is the price if I pay cash / credit cards / NETS at the store?

We maintain the same price regardless of the payment method. We accept cash, credit cards (Master, Visa, Amex etc) and NETS. Please note that we do not accept cheques.

4. Do you charge GST?

As Retrophonic is not a GST registered company, we do not charge GST. All pricing shown on this website is nett price.

5. Do you offer GST refund for tourist?

As we do not charge GST, hence there will be no GST refund

6. Do you provide repair services?

Sorry, we don’t provide repair services unless the products are imported and distributed by Retrophonic. Our principles and importers have their service and support team that provides repair services and we are happy to refer you to them.

7. Can you reserve products for me?

If you confirm want to get certain products within a day or two, you may call up to reserve the items. This is completely based on trust system so please do not abuse this. We can usually keep the items for you for 1-2 days.

8. Do you ship to countries outside of Singapore?

For most of the brands that we carry, especially those that have local distributors / dealers in respective countries, we are not allowed to. Please write to us if you need to ship outside of Singapore. Certain brands or products we might be able to.
