Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you deliver to Singapore address?

Yes of course we do. We shipping to both residential and office addresses.

However, we are unable to ship to any PO Box, military, protected area/location and restricted areas such as Changi Air Freight Center, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal Wharves – Tanjong Pagar / Pasir Panjang / Sembawang and MINDEF COMCEN.

Please note there might be addtional charges for delivery to Sentosa islands.

2. Can I ship to office address instead of residential address?

We ship to both addresses, so just pick the most convenient address to ship to

3. Must I have someone at home / office to receive the items?

Yes. This is quite important as our courier service provider needs someone to sign and confirm receiving the items. We do not leave the goods at doorsteps, back doors, neighbour etc. It is just too risky.

4. Can you ship to my hotel?

Our courier service provider accept shipping to hotel address but you will have to provide the room number and local contact information.

Deliveries will only be made to the Hotel Reception, and we highly recommend that you inform the reception of a pending delivery. Once the order has been delivered to the reception, it will be deemed as delivered. As deliveries could take up to 3-4 days during peak seasons, please make sure that your hotel stay is longer than that to ensure smooth delivery.

5. Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to Singapore. If you want to ship it to other countries, please kindly email shop@retrophonic.sg.

6. How fast can the delivery be done?

We usually pick an pack the items within 1 day and ship them out as soon as possible. If all items are in stock, you most likely will get them in 2-3 days time. Please buffer more time if the next few days happens to be weekends or public holidays.

Please note that the expected delivery date/time is at our best approximation and will vary with circumstances such as shipping restrictions, payment authorization, online security checks and stock availability.

7. Can I request for delivery by specific date & time?

You certainly can specify your preferred date & time for delivery. But as deliveries are done by external courier partners, not by an in house person, your requests might not always be met.

8. What courier service do you use?

It depends on the items, their values and other circumstances. For small items that can fit an envelope we usually ship to SingPost. For larger items such as turntables, we work with various door-to-door courier companies for deliveries. For extended size items such as floor standing speakers, the deliveries will be done by our suppliers

9. Can you deliver at night or after office hour?

Most courier service only deliver from 9am to 6pm. After office hour delivery is currently not available.

10. Can I self collect at the shop?

Yes, you can. This is highly recommended as we could show you how to setup and operate the equipment at the shop.

11. Can I change my shipping address?

If the items has not been shipped out, this is possible. Once the items has been shipped out, it might be very hard to change. For smaller items, most courier service providers will allow re-routing or self-collect at their sorting center. Shall the need to change shipping address arrised, please kindly contact us directly to figure out what is the best approach.
